Amanda Barnett
Co-Director
Amanda Barnett is a junior majoring in Public Relations and Social Media with a minor in Marketing. This is her sixth semester on the Eagle PR team, serving as a Co-Director. She currently works at Schnake Turnbo Frank in OKC as an Intern, and serves as the Social Media Manager for OC’s student-led newspaper, The Talon. Amanda is from Owasso, Oklahoma, and enjoys spending time with her social service club Lambda Chi Zeta, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends.
Madeline Roberts
Co-Director
Madeline Roberts is a sophomore Communications major, emphasizing in the study of Public Relations and Social Media. This is her fourth semester on the Eagle PR team, and she is excited to step into the role of Co-Director. Madeline is currently a Social Media Marketing Intern at Rising Media OKC. From Owasso, Oklahoma, she enjoys photography, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.
Tess Linderman
Staff Associate
Tess Linderman is a senior Public Relations and Social Media major in her sixth semester at Eagle PR. Her hobbies include singing and dancing for the Music Department and spending time with her friends. Her goal for her time with Eagle PR is to expand the Communication Department’s podcast and TikTok accounts to enable students and faculty to have meaningful conversations. Tess also serves as a content creator for a local business.
Megan Chambers
Staff Associate
Megan Chambers is a senior Graphic Design major with a Social Media minor. This is her fourth semester on the Eagle PR team, and she also has experience working as a freelance designer. Megan is from Oklahoma City and enjoys reading, art in all kinds of media, and participating in theatre. When she graduates, Megan hopes to find a job in the graphic design industry and use her social media skills to help her in her career.
Jaylee Wills
Staff Associate
Jaylee Wills is a sophomore at OC, majoring in Family Science/Human Development with a minor in Communication. This is her third semester on the Eagle PR team serving as a Staff Associate. She is from Kiowa, Oklahoma, and enjoys drinking coffee, country music, long drives, dancing, animals, and spending time with her family and friends. Although she wants to work with children in the future, she loves the communication and public relations world, and she knows that above all, she will be serving the Lord wherever He places her.
Ian Keller
Staff Associate
Ian Keller is a junior double-majoring in Biblical Studies and Communication. This is his second semester on the Eagle PR team, serving as a Staff Associate. Ian is from Piedmont, Oklahoma, and enjoys serving as an officer for the social service club Alpha Gamma Omega, playing online games, and building plastic model kits.
Ava Wilkerson
Staff Associate
Ava Wilkerson is a sophomore Communications and Leadership major with a minor in Political Science. This is her first semester on the Eagle PR team, serving as a Staff Associate. Ava is from Edmond, Oklahoma, and she hopes to either run for political office in the future or have a political commentary podcast. Her hobbies include singing, writing, dancing, and spending time with friends and family. Ava has a strong passion for Christianity and truth as it pertains to the world of politics. She hopes to influence others for the better in these areas wherever the Lord would have her.
Truett Murphy

Dr. Josh Watson Eagle PR Advisor
Dr. Josh Watson is a tenured associate professor of communication, an organizational communication researcher and a freelance public relations consultant. His primary areas of teaching are public relations, organizational communication and leadership. He advises Eagle PR and OC’s Public Relations Student Society of America chapter. Off-campus, he is the former president of the PRSA-OKC chapter and now serves on the executive board. Previously, he worked on award-winning state and national campaigns at McNeely Pigott & Fox Public Relations, one of the top independent PR firms in the U.S. He has almost 20 years of experience as a PR professional. Watson has helped his students earn numerous awards and recognitions, especially in national campaign competitions. You can find him on social media at @joshuatodPRprof.
