Media Madness:
Eagle PR is working to raise awareness among OC professors and students about ACCESS Newswire, a news release distribution, media outreach and monitoring, and reporting and analytics software all in one. With their EDU program, professors have the opportunity to try ACCESS for free and teach their students about its benefits and how they can use ACCESS in their future careers.
Why is learning about news releases important? Every industry can benefit from learning what a news release is and knowing how to write and distribute one. From sports management to the medical field to entrepreneurship, there will inevitably be some product launch, event announcement, or career change worth announcing and seeking media coverage. With ACCESS, users can find the perfect journalist contacts, publish a news release and watch as it gains local to global coverage, and have clear, accessible analytics to understand brand reach and audience engagement.
With Media Madness, our mission is to help educators understand why it’s important to Teach for Tomorrow and equip the next generation of the workforce with the tools necessary to thrive. Learn more about ACCESS here.

WHY SHOULD I TEACH FOR TOMORROW?
As an educator, it’s important to prepare the next generation of the workforce for the industry they are about to enter. The knowledge of how to write and distribute a news release is transferable to every career path. Whether you’re in the natural sciences, marketing, human development, or the medical field, news releases can be utilized to spread awareness of a new technology, industry standard, event coverage, and more.
