Elizabeth Killough - Firm Director
Elizabeth Killough serves as the firm director for Eagle PR. She oversees all client work, pitches client stories to the press, handles edits for all the firm’s copy and builds relationships with community leaders and OC's PRSA chapter professionals. She oversees all campaigns and projects and maintains communication with clients and team members to ensure public relations goals are met. She is a public relations major and fourth-year Eagle PR member who has prior experience with Event Planning and Digital Media. Elizabeth is a senior from outside of Houston, Texas. She loves meeting new people, building relationships and staying organized. In addition to leading the firm’s efforts, she practices photography and does some of the agency’s writing. This past summer, she served at her home church as a youth intern. As part of her job, she was in charge of their social media channels, led communication efforts to the church’s youth group and took pictures at all of the events. She currently is the communications intern at the Oklahoma Dental Association. On campus, she is an active member of Iota Kappa Phi, a member of OC’s PRSSA, is in Oklahoma Christian’s Chamber choir, and is the president for the entire choir program. She performed in Oklahoma Christian’s homecoming musicals in 2016 and 2018 and was the overall homecoming photographer for the 2017 homecoming. Elizabeth’s writing has been published in Newsok, Life and Leisure and the Edmond Sun. She also loves traveling, music, serving her church community and being around the people she loves.
Melanie Campbell - Digital Media Director
Melanie Campbell serves as the firm’s digital media director. She is a third-year student studying public relations at OC and is from Westminster, Colorado. Melanie specializes in content creation and curation, website creation, photography and oversees social media for various clients. Her experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant for the Sounding Literary and Visual Arts Journal and served as a photographer for the 2018 homecoming. Melanie has interned the Alzheimer’s Association in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and helped run events and create content for social media during the fall 2018 semester. Recently, she served as the multimedia communications intern at Elevations Credit Union in Broomfield, Colorado creating media for internal communications and recruitment. She is currently active in the club Phi Omega Nu as their Historian, OC’s PRSSA as an officer and helps around OC’s communication department. Melanie has a heart for photography and the outdoors as well as engaging in connections with people locally and internationally.
Haleigh Evans - Research Coordinator and Event Planner
Haleigh Evans serves as the Research Coordinator and Event Planner for Eagle PR. She is a senior public relations major from the small town of Sallisaw, Oklahoma. This is her third year on the Eagle PR team. Haleigh loves meeting new people and learning their stories. She has a passion for participating in international mission work and building relationships with the people she encounters. Haleigh is Vice President of her social club, Gamma Rho, at Oklahoma Christian University. She enjoys participating in campus events like Earn Your Wings, homecoming and Spring Sing. Haleigh has developed a love for event planning and making a vision come to life.
Paige Adams - Media Relations Coordinator
Paige Adams is a senior public relations student at Oklahoma Christian University. Her primary levels of expertise are social media, feature writing, and interpersonal relations. She currently interns at the Edmond Church of Christ working with their campus ministry doing ministry and running their social media channels. She also serves as the Vice President of her social service club, Gamma Rho, and coordinates their events. In the past she has done social media content creation and administration for Oklahoma Christian University social media. She also oversaw social media for The Brew coffee and the Executive Director of Oklahoma Christian University College Republicans. For fun Paige enjoys exploring OKC and discovering more coffee shops, going to OSU football or Thunder basketball games and spending time exploring nature.
Bayley Eckhart is a junior public relations major at Oklahoma Christian University. She is from Edmond, Oklahoma and serves as a Staff Associate. She is the Historian and handles all the social media for her social club Theta. Bayley spent the summer of 2018 teaching English and building relationships with the natives of Thailand. She enjoys meeting new people and learning about the diversity of the world. Bayley also enjoys hiking, camping and hammocking outdoors with her friends.
Isa Woodson - Editor
Isa Woodson is a sophomore studying Public Communications and Leadership with a minor in Marketing. This is Isa’s first year with Eagle PR, and serves as the editor. She grew up in East Texas, then moved to Montana for five years before returning to the South to attend OC. In August 2019, she helped launch a non-profit coffee shop that employs special needs adults in Midtown Oklahoma City called Not Your Average Joe. At NYAJ, she works as the marketing and communications intern on the leadership team by running the social media accounts, leading the development and creation of their new logo and website, and coordinating with the special needs adults and their families. After she graduates, she plans to continue working with NYAJ where she hopes to become the executive director. On campus, she is the VP of Professional Development for the American Marketing Association where she brings professional speakers in and organizes special tours and events around OKC for the members. Her freshman year, she was the Homecoming Director and participated in the planning of the t-shirt and float design. She is passionate about helping the marginalized, vintage music and clothing and anything from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Lindsey Stoeckel - Staff Associate
Lindsey Stoeckel is a junior majoring in mass communication and public relations. This is her first semester as a part of Eagle PR. As a sophomore, she transferred to Oklahoma Christian from Oklahoma State University. She is a member of the OC softball team, where she plays left field and pitches. In her free time, she loves to watch movies and vlogs. She also gives hitting and pitching lessons to young, aspiring softball players. Her dream job is to be a youtube sensation, specializing in lifestyle, fitness and food. She would use her fame and fortune to randomly bless others.
Brooke - Staff Associate
Brooke Buffington is a double-major studying human development and family science and vocational ministry with a minor in public relations. This year is Brooke’s first year as a staff associate for Eagle PR and her third year at the university. She is a member of OC’s Chamber choir, is the historian and public relations officer for Outreach and loves to help out at her church. Brooke is passionate about singing, loves vintage clothing and retro music, and she is enthusiastic about reading.
Kelly Webber - Staff Associate
Kelly Webber is a sophomore PR major from Owasso, Oklahoma. This is Kelly’s first year with Eagle PR and she serves as a staff associate. Kelly currently works with the university’s administration along withinterning off-campus with Make-A-Wish Oklahoma where she works with executive operations and functions. This past summer, Kelly was a teacher at a school for early education. In her free time she loves playing intramurals (especially volleyball and football), shopping and finding new restaurants to try.
Ellie Little - Staff Associate
Ellie Little is currently a junior at Oklahoma Christian University. She chose to join the Communications Department in the second semester of her sophomore year of university, and believe a it was a great decision. She enjoys marketing, advertising, and avocation. Some things she hopes to learn in the program are good PR writing skills, creative ways to place a company in a positive light, and how to resolve conflict in the workplace. In addition to her academic pursuits, she is a part of Oklahoma Christian’s cross country and track teams. Running taught her to never give up, and always work hard. These are lessons she hopes to apply in the workplace, once she graduates. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, and serving coffee as a part-time barista.
